Agreement
By using CanList you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CanList provides shared grocery lists, catalog hints, and local brand discovery. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee that every product, brand, or listing is complete, current, or available in your area.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login details secure. Family sharing means other members can see and edit the shared list.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse CanList — including attempting unauthorized access, abusing the contact or apply forms, scraping at scale, or posting unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Merchant and brand content
Organizations that apply to be listed are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. Listing on CanList does not create a partnership unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Disclaimer
CanList is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
